Windows 10 Free Upgrade

09/08/2015

Windows 10 is available as a free upgrade until Friday July 29th 2016. It is only available to computers that has either Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 installed and it must be activated before upgrading.

Program Compatibility

Before upgrading to Windows 10, it would be worth checking out the below link to see if the program/s you have installed are compatible with Windows 10.

Note: Most Anti-Virus and Internet Security suites (free and paid for) are not compatible yet.

System Compatibility

The Get Windows 10 app lets you register for a free upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. But it also keeps a list of potential upgrade issues you might need to deal with. Here's how to check your own compatibility report.

Note: The most common incompatibility you will find (especially in older computers) is that one or more of the drivers will be incompatible. If it is a Desktop computer and the onboard Graphics driver is incompatible, we can resolve this by installing a Graphics card.
