Paid a brief visit to Timpsons Queensferry Street Branch a few days ago so that I could have a passport photo taken for an on-line application for a new passport. We were met by the very helpful assistant, Donna, who welcomed us to the Branch, explained the process, and took the required photos. A very pleasant experience, with no undue fuss, efficiently carried out. Very impressive.
