Left satchel bag to be repaired, needed strap stitching, collected bag only to find the zip was broken, when I complained to the worker I was told that he had closed the zip fully after carrying out the work so it was fine when he handed it back to me? I also had my watch battery replaced 12 months ago with a so called life time guarantee, supposedly for future batteries and I thought sealed afterwards, took this chap 3 or 4 minutes when originally 12 months prior (and different agent) it took around 15 to 20 minutes to complete the battery change and sealing of the watch? Today I try to correct the date only to find that the winding mechanism to change the date doesn't work. Buyer beware, its costing me a new bag and a trip to a trusted watch repairer. Take my advice steer clear!
