Your manager, Margaret was wonderful, very helpful with a great personality and humour. Her attention to detail was exemplary in every way. She offered me a range of options to help fulfil the requirements of the prescription for me, I took the lot!! I've been at OE before and will continue to do business with you. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The optician who performed the eye tests was equally very professional explaining all she was doing and what each test was identifying / diagnosing. The results were fully explained to me which left me feeling empowered, thank you. That's so important to me as a fellow professional albeit in another discipline.
