Romey was lovely and helpful. Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviews stating the other staff members were rude; I was made to wait outside in the freezing rain with 2 others even though there was more than enough room for all of us to wait inside.
The whole process was really quick, I was finished in about 15 minutes and I appreciate the efficiency.
