The stuff here is very rude . I’ve been shopping every day at this shop but a lady named Maria I don’t know she claimed to be the manager she was very rude and started to make assumption about my returning order . I bought online 2 pairs of pillows with duck feathers but I didn’t knew that had a smell . I tried to return that but she was saying to wash them before using and but didn’t wanted that cause I don’t have a dryer at home and then she processed to tell me that are being used .
The worst costumer service especially this lady the fourth time trying to serve me she was very racist towards me . Esmeralda
