Triads, hands down the worst customer service ever! Hands down the worst customer service ever! I purchased a pair of Grenson Brogues from Triads and got a used pair of shoes that were miss shaped and scuffed. I complained and returned the shoes, only to have them sent back to me saying they don’t refund worn shoes (you sent them to me worn though? That’s why I sent them back to you!). This company is atrocious, crap products and customer service, avoid them like the plague. leo ohene
