Fabulous! Went in this morning for a puncture repair and was met on the forecourt by a member of staff who walked me into the servicing area. They were kind enough to fit me in straight away. Repair sorted by servicing engineer who was extremely helpful and also lengthened the bike stand so it no longer leans! Thank you, five stars. Jules
