My experience with SW19 Lettings Agency has been nothing short of unacceptable.
From day one, I provided clear photographic and video evidence of serious defects in the property. Instead of taking responsibility, the agency repeatedly denied, ignored, or downplayed the issues. This was not a misunderstanding—it was a consistent and deliberate pattern of avoidance.
At no point did they demonstrate any genuine intention to resolve the problems. Concerns were dismissed, accountability was avoided, and communication was handled with indifference. It felt as though evidence simply didn’t matter.
As a result, I was left living in poor conditions while being continuously disregarded. The situation caused ongoing stress, anxiety, and a significant deterioration in my mental wellbeing. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, and the prolonged stress and instability made my physical condition worse.
Even after being made fully aware of both the property issues and their impact on health, the agency continued to act as though none of it was their responsibility. This level of disregard is not just unprofessional—it is deeply concerning.
This is an agency that fails to take responsibility, fails to act on clear evidence, and fails in its basic duty of care to tenants.
I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice.
