In 2003, we became the first company in our sector to embark on a project of extensive recipe reformulation focusing primarily on salt reduction. Over the past six years, through technological innovations and the reformulation of many of our core menu items, we have dramatically reduced salt content across our menu.

We only use British organic semi-skimmed milk in all of our teas and coffees. Every cup of coffee we serve, be it black, white, latte, or cappuccino, is made using 100% freshly ground Arabica beans. All of the beans we use come from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms. These farms have achieved demanding standards for social and environmental improvement. This means a better and more sustainable deal for the farmers, their workers and the environment too. The only meat we use across our entire chicken range is succulent chicken breast meat. Salad mix include: Iceberg, Romaine, Carrot, Lollo Rosso, Tatsoi and Spinach, combining to make a wonderful crisp, refreshing taste. Bursting with natural goodness, cherry tomatoes have a sweet and intense rich flavour. Sourced from Spain or Morocco, depending upon availability. UK-sourced free-range eggs produced to Lion Quality standards.

Our two restaurants are very different from each other. Spaghetti Tree Walton-on-the-Hill has a very contemporary feel and is an ideal party venue. The restaurant also has a unique location with the best views overlooking Walton Pond and Walton Heath, while Spaghetti Tree Sutton has a more traditional and cosy atmosphere
