The Charity began in March 1990. We are pleased to work under the auspices of the Charity Commission and would commend to all our friends and helpers the suggestion that unless a group of people ARE prepared to Register and work within the legal framework of being a "Charity" they should be treated with a great deal of caution, care and concern.

Tel: 9am - 5pm. We are a small, charitable dog rescue centre, based in Worcestershire. 100% reliant on donations, all funds are used directly to provide for the dogs. We provide care, rehabilitation and seek new homes for unwanted and abandoned dogs from across the Midlands. Join us in safeguarding their future! Established in 1997, we are a small charity based in Worcestershire offering much needed care and a safe haven to unwanted, abandoned and mistreated dogs from across the Midlands. Thanks to a generous gift from a supporter who wanted to help these dogs in his passing, we were able to secure our own kennels at Far Forest, nr Bewdley, where we can now provide good quality, safe and clean kennels for the dogs who are looking for new homes.

Dumfries and Galloway Canine Rescue Centre was opened in March 2003 on the site of rescue kennels formerly run by another charity. A group of local people, supported by the local media and residents of Dumfries and Galloway, set out to raise sufficient funds to keep a dog rescue and rehoming facility in Dumfries and Galloway.
Willows Animal Sanctuary is the largest in Aberdeenshire and will try to help any animal in distress. We operate a strict no kill policy and only euthanise an animal on veterinary advice. We look after over 300 animals including around 60 horses, ponies and donkeys, approximately 60 cats and dogs and many reptiles as well as over 100 farm animals and birds. We are totally dependent on donations, legacies and grants from benevolent organizations to keep the sanctuary running. We are entirely funded by public support and receive no government funding. Unlike larger charities we have no reserves of money and are desperately short of funds. We specialise in helping elderly or more vulnerable animals that have already been refused help by well known large national charities, but we can only continue to help needy animals with your support!
