Lock my keys in and they were here toget my car open so i was not late getting the kids to school and that was a good thing for me be couse they head test and the kids would have been very mad at mom so you save my skin to day.

Waited a month for a ladder before I cancelled my order. I was told several times that my order was dispached and each time I called back I was put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and appeared to be fobbed off and assured that my order would be dispatched immediately which never happened. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

this company is appalling. The engineers themselves are generally ok. Some of them are very nice but the organisation of the company and how it works is simply awful. A part for my boiler was ordered in February 2011. I was told they would have it in two weeks and someone would come to fit it. I heard nothing from them until November 2011, when they sent me a letter for an annual service. You simply cannot get through to them on the phones . Pointless having a phone number when noone ever answers. To date, 6 appointments have been made with me, where they tell me that a specific engineer will come and fit the part. on two occasions no one showed up and on the other 4, an engineer showed up not knowing anything about the part, or the other engineer who was supposed to come. On each occasion I have asked that if they are not going to show up, or they are not coming with the part, that someone would ring me to let me know , so that I am not wasting another day waiting for them. They promise that they will ring but they never do. Again today, someone has shown up without the part ( which is needed to re-light the boiler ). He rang the engineer who was supposed to come and he was told that apparantly they had lost the part.....says it all really. I then get a phone call from the office saying it's not lost, but it's at the parts dept.. When I asked her why someone didn't pick it up from the parts dept. to bring to the job which had been booked since last week? She just said she would have to get back to me. They couldn't organise the proverbial p*** up in a brewery. Just hopeless. We are now Feb 2012 and a part that was ordered last year still hasn't been fitted..and they call themselves a Gas Safety company!!!!!!
