Designed in Nottingham and London, the Paul Smith collections are primarily produced in England and Italy while the fabrics used are mainly of Italian, French and British origin. In 2002 Paul Smith collaborated with Cappellini to create the Mondo collection of furniture inspired by observation and travel. In 2003 Paul designed an upholstery textile in partnership with Maharam, called ‘Bespoke’, which was inspired by classic pinstripe suiting. The Paul Smith shops reflect the character of Paul and his designs, an unmistakable Englishness augmented by the unexpected. The shops house the Paul Smith collections and an extensive selection of jewellery, books, art, antiques and an array of interesting and beautiful products. Work of British designers is often showcased alongside Paul’s personal collections of art or curios.

Oxfam has around 700 shops around the UK, including a number of specialist shops. Oxfam is Europe’s biggest high street retailer of second-hand books. We have around a hundred bookshops, and almost all our shops have a book department. We offer everything from holiday reads to valuable first editions. Oxfam was the first charity to open specialist music stores around the country. We offer a fantastic range of good quality vinyl, CDs, sheet music and books. Oxfam’s fifteen furniture shops offer good quality furniture at reasonable prices. If you have an item that you no longer need, your local furniture shop would be pleased to hear from you and may be able to help with collection. All Oxfam shops accept stamps, which are passed to our fifty specialist shops, where they are sorted and priced by knowledgeable staff and volunteers.
