Come and share your ideas or problems, we also organise relevant speakers for the group. Daybreak Saturday club for over 18’s, mild to moderate dementia, physical disability and elderly/frail. Who can access this service?Residents in the Borough of Broxtowe How is this service accessed?For adult service referrals through Broxtowe Social Services.We have a limited amount of our own funding to provide services outside this remit which may include services to parent carers and young carers.
