Mark 1123 Design Ltd was established in 1995 as an engineering service company offering expertise and a wealth of experience in the specialised field of Electrical Engineering Design. Experience gained over more than 35 years in the industry has enabled our fully qualified personnel to compete effectively and successfully for design contracts around the UK, Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia.
Qualitar was formed in early 2003 when we (Mark and Will) decided that we'd had enough of sitting in unproductive, internal management meetings. They always seemed to revolve around how much money could be earned from current and prospective clients, not particularly how clients could earn more with our help.
