Cylex UK Review Contest Win 500 Sure Prizes & 1 of 3 iPhones 3GS |

1This Sure Win Prize Contest is open only to Internet users who are residents of the UK, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern-Ireland, and excludes all Cylex employees and persons professionally connected with the Cylex promotional campaign.
2In order to receive a Sure Win Prize all you have to do is to fulfill the following conditions:
- be a Cylex Community member,
- sign in and write at least 10 reviews about products, services or companies from our Business Directory,
- successfully invite at least 1 new user to join the Cylex Community who are to be included in your Cylex friends list.
Each review must have at least 20 words and a unique and relevant content. Be original.
Please avoid writing general reviews without relevant new content, such as:I like doing shopping at Tesco’s. There I find all the products I need and the products are affordable. I like Tesco a lot.
Make sure you write reviews, not comments.
Comments, irrelevant, useless and copy-paste-like reviews will not be counted as valid for the contest.
There are no limits on the number of reviews per account; you will get a Sure Win Prize for every 10 new and original reviews that are longer than 20 words and for every new friend of yours registered as new user of Cylex Community.
Besides the 500 guaranteed prizes, there is also a fantastic chance of winning the super prize in this Cylex Creative Competition. Everyone wants one, now is your chance to get one of the three 3GS iPhones. All the reviews of businesses that participants are the first to write about will be eligible for the grand finale. A jury will choose 3 winners for the iPhones from the most original and extensive reviews.
To become a Cylex Comunity member you just have to get yourself an account by signing up . If you already have a Cylex Community member account you will need to sign in. Invite all your friends and start writing reviews.
3Prizes will be won for all reviews received from 12:00 of 24.09.2009 until midnight of 24.11.2009 or until all 500 prizes are won, whichever happens first.
The Winners will be informed by email within 4 days.
4There are 500 Sure Win Prizes supplied by Cylex IKM Internet Kaufmarkt GmbH Germany consisting of poker sets(102), darts(96), webcams(103), Hannah Montana Packs(99), USB sticks(100). No cash or other alternatives will be offered in whole or in part. The prizes will be delivered by post at our expense. The postal address and personal data of the winner are required for delivery. There is absolutely no charge for participating.
5Conduct of participation. All participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Cylex and Cylex Prize Contest Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any individual found to be violating our basic Internet rules of never insulting, defaming or spamming users and/or companies.
6The Winners agree to have their names and cities posted in the Cylex UK web site. The winner‘s approval will be required before Cylex posts his/her photo on our Business Directory home page.
7The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters. The Promoter shall be under no liability in connection with any loss, damage or injury which is suffered as a direct or indirect result of the prize and/or the prize contest.

8Misprints, errors and alterations are subject to change. Cylex is not liable for any technical problems encountered.
9Should participants grant their consent on the websites that their data may be used, then they hereby agree that the information they provide may be used for marketing purposes by the platform operators and that they receive information via email, mail or by telephone. The user may revoke this consent at any time either by email (info@cylex-uk.co.uk) or by mail (Internet Kaufmarkt GmbH Pfaelzerstr. 81, 46145 Oberhausen, Germany). The participation in the Prize Contest will remain unaffected by such revocation.
10Severability clause:
Should any provision of this competition be entirely or partially invalid or at some point later in time cease to be legally binding, the remaining provisions of this competition shall be valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by provisions of law. The same shall apply in the case of any unforeseen omissions in the rules.
