The Tuition Centre offers support to all Hillingdon Borough schools for pupils with social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties via a dual roll facility. We work with many different groups of pupils over a wide age range. Our ultimate aim is to re-integrate all pupils back into mainstream schools wherever possible. When this is not possible, pupils are offered preparation for adult life including entry to public examinations and work related learning in Key Stage 4. Examples of the groups taught are shown below. This list is not exhaustive as the Centre responds to needs and groups are set up as the need arises and funds become available.

The school is situated in the heart of the village adjacent to the Village Green. It is a Community Primary School for both boys and girls between the ages of four and 11. The school came into being in its imposing position overlooking the village green in April 1878, the Head Teacher, Mr G. Hanson or “The Master” as he was known was the sole teacher and was plagued by irregular attendance of the children mainly due to harvesting or crop picking. By 1883 there were 130 children on roll and at this stage the school acquired its second teacher Miss Gertrude Bell, who lived in the village until she was past 90 years of age. One outstanding feature of the history of Ingham school is that, in more than 130 years of existence it has had only 7 permanent Head Teachers. The inference must be that they liked the village, or the village liked them.

Lower Darwen Primary School is a popular, successful school for children aged 4-11 years of age. It is situated in the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen, with easy access to the motorways and to Manchester. There are 285 pupils, 16 of whom, are hearing impaired. There are self-guided nature trails which allow visitors to enjoy the park throughout its constantly changing seasons. Younger children will enjoy watching the ducks and peacocks or playing in the adventure playground. On most Sundays throughout the open season they can ride on the newly extended miniature railway, or take part in a free Crafty Kids workshop in the Farm Museum. There are also special children's events throughout the year. Normanby Hall Museum and Country Park is the ideal place for a short break. Our caravan site is in a beautifully secluded location at the south end of the park, with fresh water supply and chemical disposal point. In addition, our new five-van touring site is now open during the summer season.
North Cockerington Church of England Primary School is a friendly and popular rural school, serving the village of North Cockerington and surrounding villages near Louth. Our school is a much smaller than an average sized school and caters for pupils from 4 to 11 years.
