Les Morton started in this business many years ago by studying graphics at Portsmouth College of Art & Design, after which he worked in an engineering company running the publicity department. However, London beckoned and he spent the next three of years at IPC Magazines in London, working in the General Magazines Group Marketing Department. It was during this time he started a three year Business Studies degree, which was completed when he moved to Samuel & Pearce - a full-service advertising agency in Richmond, West London. It was whilst working here that he had the inkling to start his own agency, which he did in 1982.
