We provide community based services for a catchment population of approximately 650, 000, in the main registered with NHS Nottinghamshire County. We are also commissioned to provide some services to the residents of neighbouring primary care and hospital Trusts. We provide a diverse service portfolio across the County including: children’s services – including health visiting, school nursing, specialist services, children’s centres (Sure Start); adult services – including community nursing, intermediate care, therapy services, inpatient and outpatient services, specialist palliative care; promoting healthy lifestyle services – including smoking cessation, sexual health, substance misuse, primary care mental health and counselling prison health services; dental and general practice services.
