Anerys was originally set up in 1980 with the name Career Search to provide a range of services in occupational psychology. As the original name implies, one of the initial aims of the company was to offer the best in career counselling: we still provide this, both to private individuals and within companies. Our activities have broadened considerably since then, and become the provision of customised services in experimental and occupational psychology. Hence we decided to change the name for the new millenium. As such, it sums up our approach. We are not interested in winning arguments if it means, to use a well worn phrase, being economical with the truth. We would rather lose, but know that we were right. That doesn't mean, though, that we are never wrong. Of course we get it wrong sometimes - we are only human, after all - but it does mean that we made an honest mistake.
