Yewbank Catering was set up through KLEA and Business Lunch. We won an award for best business plan, which was put into action. Jane has worked in the catering trade for 20 years, at Craglands Hotel Ilkley, Queens hotel Apperley Lane, Box Tree Ilkley, Dave Woolley’s Burleys In Wharfedale, and in 1995 she felt it was time to work for herself. We have now trading for 15 years. The bulk of our work is on recommendation; we cater for any occasion with top quality food.
