I bought a car from this dealer recently. Not a great experience. I was told everything was fine with the car and it wasn't until after the keys were handed over that I found out that there was an advisory on that the front brakes were thin on the MOT. Not a problem I thought... until two days later when when they were grinding metal on metal because the calipers had been seized on. Not only that, there was no mention of any advisory regarding the tyres. I had them inspected and one of them had 1.8mm tread left on it which is the legal minimum thus requiring it would need changing and the side walls were perished on all 4 tyres. One of the tyres was badly distorted which is seriously dangerous to drive because the inside structure of the tyre has been compromised. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had a high speed blowout with my wife and child in the car with me. I shouldn't expect to have to spend 400 quid within 2 or three days to make sure my car is roadworthy when it is the legal obligation of the dealer to do just that. I always had the attitude that you take the rough with the smooth with second hand car dealers but this was ridiculous.

Expect to be lied to time and time again!! Worst workshop ever clueless I had to use google to find problem with my car after they had it for 2 weeks apparently fixing problem...bits missing after it had been in workshop .MOT and full service was supposedly done but when I got home window wipers didn't even work and car had no coolant and minimal oil wish I'd gettin a bus pass instead .

Would have to agree with some ppl on here about the service . I called in today just to have a look around. Was impressed with a Suzuki Grand Vitara DDiS that I saw. Asked about it and was told was good condition , 77k miles , sounded good to me . Asked salesman about Insurance group and he said he would find out for me . He came back 5 mins later and told me Group 8!! Thought that was really good , till I got home and checked online to find out its actually Group 22D!!!! Don't think I will be going back there to look for a car anytime in the future !!! Shame , cos I really liked the motor as did my girlfriend !!

I would never buy a car from here again. I love the car but the service was terrible. I feel that because I was a young girl buying my first car they just didn't bother. I had no handover so was left to figure out where everything was by my self, and they seemed disgusted I even dared asked how to get the petrol cap off. The car was dirty inside hadn't been cleaned inside or out. The MOT dates weren't what I was told and there were advisories on it that I wasn't told about. As soon as I had paid I was told "there's your keys the cars out there" and I was left to go find it by myself and figure it all out. While my car was just stuck in the middle of the road where it had been dumped blocking everyone, so what was meant to be a happy time was turned stressful by their crap customer service. As I say I love the car but I WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and dealt with a number of different members of staff. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and tried there best to get me sorted. I am delighted with the car and would definitely return to this garage for my next car!! Top marks
