This means total reliance on him for the grace, power and resources we need to think, speak, live and serve. Fellowship is our oneness in Christ. WEC is a multi-ethnic family, committed to the unique strengths that come from international teams.
We seek the mind of Christ together in decisions, and value mutual accountability and relationship over structure and authority. Holiness is about being set apart for Christ himself. It is about the discipling of our hearts as we daily live in God's presence. Sacrifice means saying 'yes' to God in all things, without seeking unnecessary risks, yet ready to learn obedience through suffering.
