Although we were waiting at the front door all afternoon, tracking showed online a notice of failed delivery. We phoned UPS to dispute this and they were rude and less than helpful. They later phoned back to apologise for the driver claiming failed delivery without even attempting it!! After demanding the driver came back to actually make the delivery and not return it back to the depot for a further 3 days, it then arrives, opened. A chunk was out the front in what seems like an initial attempt to get into the packaging, on failing that, both security seals on the packaging have been cut with what looks like a stanley knife. No customs sticker, no attempt to re-seal by UPS. We had many arguments with UPS who still will not answer the simple question, why was the box cut open? Instead of answering that one simple question, they have instead, for some reason opened an investigation for a missing parcel!!

My experience with the U****** Parcel Service is the much the same as before. My parcel has been riding round in the van for two days according to the tracking info, I can't get to speak to anyone and i hope never to use the service again.

great service, Despite a very limited address, UPS delivered quickly and efficiently. House not easy to find in the countryside but they got a much needed cart part to us in record time. Highly recommend UPS

why bother having tracking when it only says delivery from 0800 until 1800? The supplier told me the day it was going to arrive so the UPS tracking is not giving me anything different. City link give you hourly updates , where the vehicle is and what time you can expect them. If they are delayed you can follow the van online. If they can do this why not a big organisation like UPS. Deserves they low rating in Which Magazine

Very poor. Waited in especially, all day for delivery but then found out on web site tracking that it had been delayed by one business day. No phone call to apologise!At 9.00am next day still no details on web so phoned local depot which turned out to be an automated service! Giving me the same information! Still waiting!
