UP WEB DESIGN

UP is a vibrant web design company based on the Wirral, near Chester and Liverpool. We are fundamentally different from other web designers in that UP's owner, Matt Janes, brings to the company a unique blend of design and marketing experience. After graduating from Sheffield University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Matt began a career journey which saw him work with some of the best designers and agencies in London. It was during this time that he managed some of the largest marketing budgets in the UK, for companies such as BT (It's Good To Talk), as well as working with art directors and copywriters such as Maurice Saatchi (Saatchi and Saatchi, M&C Saatchi) and David Abbott (Abbott Mead Vickers).

When the digital revolution began, Matt saw an opportunity to apply what he had learned in the TV, radio and press creative industries to this new medium of the Internet. It was at this time, in 1998, when Matt started designing websites. Matt spent 15 years working in London before returning home to the Wirral, where he now applies his knowledge and skills to help companies based on the Wirral and in Liverpool maximise their return on investment on the web.

UP design and develop a diverse variety of websites, for companies wanting a simple online presence to those wanting an online shop where they can retail their goods or services, and everything in between.
