    ordered a wayfarer trolley Monday paid extra for speedy delivery, still waiting, Trident sent it out Thursday ! no order number given, no tracking number poor customer service - aviod. 7/1/2011 11:08:38 AM

    Excellent company.Staff at customer/ company interface(telephone contact)were very engaged with the task at hand and were willing to take the time to locate an approropiate member of the team when they lacked the knowledge to process the enquiry. telephone manner was excellent and rapport good. I ended up buying a trailer plus accessories. D A G5/21/2011 12:00:20 PM
