John mcgeeI have had a very bad experience, im absolutely disgusted with this company and i feel i need to pass it on. The biggest issue is that will not answer any phone calls and has basically disaapeared on me. I have a problem and he wont resolve it. This is very disheartening as he seems to have a good reputation everywhere else. I cant however say the same. He wont sort out issues. I have used the land line but im told that he does not live there anymore.
Unfortunate but if you are in business it is essential that you are available to sort out issues hiding is no good as the matter just gets worse. I have left many many messages without a call abck. Im out of pocket due to this company. I find this unfair and totally unreasonable. I received one email basically telling to go away. It was as pleasant as that but it five words. We are not talking pennies we are talking a substantial amount of money.
When you meet him first he has a proffessional approach but whne things go wrong he becomes illusive and does not want to know.
Im hoping trading standards can help but thats no good now as i am out money for basically nothing.
I will never have any dealings with tis company.

Dave AskewThis was our first time with a roofbox and they made the hire very easy. Top quality equipment was fixed to the car very quickly. I honestly can't see any reason to buy a box! We will be back to Tomar every time we have to travel.
