Steve and Paul, former colleagues at Bovis, had both gained previous experience of managing and developing a civil engineering groundworks business. Today, Steve and Paul remain Joint Managing Directors of Tithegrove Limited, each having a 40% shareholding.
The strength of their combined expertise, complimentary skills and mutual respect has provided the solid nucleus around which the company has thrived over the past 25 years. The board now also includes three other executive directors.
