After-school clubsThe children continue to benefit from a large number of clubs run by staff, parents and other helpers. The clubs that have run this year have been:Recorder ClubDrama ClubNetball ClubFootball ClubGardening ClubMulti-Sports ClubSchool ChoirTag Rugby ClubTennis ClubAthletics ClubCricket ClubBusiness EnterpriseGardening club members have had considerable success in recent years in the Baby Bio National petunia growing competion, with one member getting through to the National Finals at the NEC in Birmingham. The members went on to further fame by being interviewed from the school garden on BBC Radio Bristol.The business Enterprise Club has used CAD / CAM technology to produce some stunning cards. They recently attended a presentation to celebrate their excellent work.The Church Choir whilst not strictly a school club is very well supported by the children and is of course, another example of the schools strong links with its Church and local community.The children are also encouraged to take up instrumental tuition, and a diverse range of private lessons are organised, such as keyboard, guitar, clarinet, flute and brass.
