STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!
Martin JarvisI needed a battery replaced - I was told they would package it and send it to Seiko.
Then they rang me NINE TIMES over EIGHT WEEKS telling me SEIKO had found a fault with my watch – £149 to repair. It was the same sales call each time.
It turned out THEY HADN'T SENT IT TO SEIKO, and there was nothing wrong with my watch - THEY WERE LYING TO GET ME TO PAY FOR UNNECESSARY REPAIRS!
What's worse, is that after I made clear that I didn't believe them, a new fault was reported. Seiko later tested my watch, and found it had been exposed to a magnet! I got a refund from them eventually, but their practices were certainly fraudulent, and the service was disingenuous, to say the least.

C JohnnI experienced exceptional service from The Watch Lab, Preston. Not only did they repair my faulty Gucci, they also supplied a brand new Gucci box when it was returned. The watch looked BRAND NEW and works perfectly now.
