Executive chef- Having completed my degree in Birmingham, gaining experience in a five star hotel, a national pub company and using influences from my childhood from cooking with my mum. I now pride myself in sourcing quality local food to produce traditional pub food. On my menu's you will always find a 'Feasey' dish, this is a special signature dish, that I have put together myself, using the freshest ingredients, generally these dishes will be packed with flavour. I always use good local suppliers, and source quality rather than price to ensure customers receive great quality at a reasonable price.
