To make it easy for you we have a range of delivery options. For smaller items you have the option of next-day delivery & next-day store pick-up (if you place your order before 12pm Sun-Fri), excluding Bank Holidays, or a 2-hour time slot any day of the week. Delivery to some postcodes, such as Northern Ireland & outlying mainland postcodes, takes 2 business days. Delivery to offshore islands & some outlying island postcodes may take slightly longer. If you purchase any item from our small item ranges for next day home delivery, we will send you a text message to confirm the delivery day. If this next-day delivery does not suit you, just text back your preferred day from the options provided, and we will deliver it when you want. For larger items you can normally choose your delivery date when you place your order. For items that are delivered directly by our suppliers, e.g. snooker tables, or items requiring special installation such as gas cookers, or where you don't have your postcode to hand, we will not be able to confirm delivery dates when you order, but will ring you back to arrange delivery. Similarly, if you live in Northern Ireland or a more remote part of the UK, we will call you to make special delivery arragements. For delivery of larger items, we will contact you before your delivery is due to confirm the arrival date & to offer a maximum of a 4-hour time slot for the delivery. We contact you on the day before delivery to remind you we are coming. For extra convenience, our large-item delivery crews will call you on the day of delivery to confirm final details within an hour of the delivery. If for any reason we are unavoidable delayed in delivering larger items, we will call you to let you know.
