TCB is a provider of specialist software for the offshore finance industry. We sell a number of packages that we have developed as well as developing one off computer systems for clients. We specialise in Microsoft products particularly Microsoft .Net, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access. We have 12 years experience and 50+ systems developed in the Employee Benefits area. Those systems support share purchase plans, share option plans, cash based plans, funds based plans and funds of funds plans as well as share option emulation plans for very large privately owned companies. We supply and maintain a payroll package which complies with the laws of Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar used by 30 major clients paying a total of around 30, 000 people per month.
