For the last 20 years Tim has worked in our office in Battle where he has concentrated on private client and commercial work. Tim's work includes transactions concerning residential, commercial and agricultural property, both freehold and leasehold, advisory work on property matters with particular reference to easements and covenants, the drafting of wills, inheritance tax planning, the administration of estates, Power of attorney and work concerning trusts both in respect of land and investments.
