We are the 1st call for Student Computer Repairs. Experienced in Desktop PCs, Laptops, Netbooks, and Apple computers. As University IT Staff we provide the service for Students ONLY. Meet and Book a repair at your University Campus - this service is currently only available to the following London University students: UCL, Birkbeck, SOAS, Institute of Education. If you are a Student in Central London, we can arrange to meet you at home, college or your University at a convenient time - and offer you the same services and at the same student rates. Alternatively arrange to meet us at ULU - Malet Place (please call to arrange appointment prior to arriving) As the only dedicated Student IT Department, we are here to help from 6pm - 10pm (usually after lectures, seminars and classes). Benefits : 1. Up to 70% NUS discount and cheaper than any high street PC repair shop. 2.

Loan computers (subject to availability). 3. No more queues - choose from onsite, collect and repair, and remote support. 4. Free diagnostic check with No fix No fee. 5. Most repairs in 24 - 48 hours. 6.

Free advice - some repairs we will also do for FREE!! The range of services include: - Upgrades and PC Cleanup/Tidy up. - Data Backup and Restore. - Data Erase. - Data Recovery. - Virus Removal - Computer cleanup to make it faster - Hardware upgrades. - Hardware repair (ie power connector repair, replace cracked screen, replace casing). - Wireless network, diagnose and fix (usually onsite). - Windows Laptop and Apple Mac repairs.

    Last Friday my PC didn't work anymore. But without my computer, I have lots of problems because I study and some exams have to be submitted online. So I went to Student Computer Services and asked for help. They repaired my computer and it didn't cost much money. This service is just offered for students. They saved my day in repairing my PC instantly and I could continue my exam same day.
