    We have had a very bad experience with these people and would not recommend them to anyone. The main problems are sloppy delivery, poor customer service and no after care. They ignore emails and hope you will eventually go away. Very disapointing service. Shame on you Stoves Direct.11/20/2009 3:39:00 PM

    • tucker: I agree with the comment above. We are still waiting for a stove to be delivered after 5 weeks. Phone calls are unreturned, emails unanswered. They were extremely quick to take the money. When I complained at their lack of customer service I was patronised with the usual 'we are sorry you feel that way' as if its my problem not theirs. They would not admit they were sloppy in any way. Will never use them again and will ask others to avoid
    • gina: Totally agree. This firm pretends to pricematch then jacks up the price - by then it's taken your money. We cancelled within 12 hours of placing order but 17 days later they've still got more than £500 of our cash.Their customer service is awful and their sales stunts are a rip off. I've reported them to trading standards and hope they get shut down.
