DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Did not expect such an offensive after service. Items so poorly packed they were of no use on delivery. I took two photographs of the damaged boxes and Royal Mail returned the items immediately. Staples refused to refund as I hadn't removed each of the 70 plants from the box and photographed individually. Cannot advise more strongly against using this supplier.

I am horrified that after spending £46 on a pack of 480 led lights bought just 14 days ago they failed after 5 minutes. Returning them today the very officious manager refused to replace them as I could only produce the credit card receipt and not the till receipt. I wanted them replaced not refunded but I was very rudely told it was not company policy to do this without the receipt thrusting a hand written sign in my face. My statutory rights under the sale of goods act require I am offered a replacement as the goods were faulty. It is also against the law to display misleading notices that attempt to compromise my rights. I am prepared to pursue my legal rights

I think this is one of the worst garden centres that I have visited in a long time. The plants look in poor condition, and would be the type of product that would be purchased from a cheap market stall. I would have expected a much higher standard in the quality of plants. The coffee shop is dark and drab, and overlooks the compost! not what you want to see when you are trying to relax. The coffee was strong and acidic, and tasted like it was only suitable for drain cleaner. I will not be visiting Staples again, and will be taking my business else where.
