  Bad experience with this company. Ordered a box set christmas present, six day's later order still marked as pending. Called comapny up and was told item was on back order, 2-3 week lead time. When I asked why this had not been conveyed to me, I was told I would have recieved an email ina day or two. Will not be using this company again. Terrible customer service.12/19/2011 5:35:54 PM
