The name LEICHT stands for 80 years of company tradition and experience in kitchen furniture manufacture in Germany. LEICHT applies principles of ergonomics and functionality, clean forms and a sophisticated taste to its kitchen developments. KITCHENS BY DESIGN have an exclusive arrangement with our partners Leicht Kuchen AG who in Germany are recognised as one of the top four high end brands along with Siematic and Poggenpohi, however, because LEICHT import direct to a select number of UK based quality kitchen studio’s they do not have expensive sales, administration offices and staff to maintain and as KITCHENS BY DESIGN purchase direct from the factory this is very much reflected in the prices. Increasingly the kitchen has become the centre of the house for family and visitors. This places an emphasis on room architecture as the principal starting point of the design.
