Set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, Simonstone Hall is unique - a magnificent country house standing in its own splendid grounds with spectacular views over the dale and surrounding fells. The house is privately owned and has been carefully restored, whilst preserving the historic character of this beautiful building. The view from the front of the hotel is surely one of the most stunning in the country and can be enjoyed from the majority of our bedrooms. In the summer the outside terrace has to be the perfect spot to enjoy a lunch time or a pre-dinner evening drink.

From the moment you arrive at Simonstone Hall you will feel welcomed and indulged. Your luxury en suite bedroom is your special place. Each of our eighteen rooms has its own individual personality. The rooms are beautifully furnished with refined period furniture and enjoy agreeable outlooks over stunning countryside. Each has its own en suite bathroom, whilst six rooms enjoy the cosy opulence of four poster beds. As befits a hotel of this quality, the bedrooms are generous in size with rich fabrics, soft sofas and Egyptian cotton sheets. History blends perfectly with the modern conveniences of the 21st century, so whilst relaxing you are still able to keep in touch with the outside world with wifi access throughout the hotel.
