    They are helpful and knowledgable local jewelers who really know their trade and go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want. They showed me around their studio and remember me when I go to the Guildford branch even though I didn't spend a lot. I am going back again for another ring and will be guaranteed a unique piece you can't get anywhere else, made just for me to my specifications - price and style. The normal sales staff do seem a little under par but luckily I deal with the main man, who is quite excellent. 3/29/2010 10:14:17 PM

    Smithbrook Kiln office of Simon Pure forms the bulk of this review. Initial impressions were good; however at point of purchase and a subsequent sales enquiries have left me aghast at the appalling service. Getting it wrong once is acceptable (just), but twice in quick succession, and after spending a not inconsiderable amount of cash at their store, is plain arrogant. Having complained about the service I was then subjected to a later discussion stating that I was at fault in my expectations, despite offering my commentary as "feedback". It was demonstrated by the staff that the product pricing was about (excessive) markup rather than the actual retail cost of products widely available elsewhere. I can assure you I never expect to visit this company again, safe in the knowledge I can (have!) found the same products at better prices with sensible, safe, sales personnel offering proper service elsewhere. 11/18/2009 1:27:23 PM

    • Bobbily: The pricing reflects the handmade quality rather than mass produced crap on the high street, so you might find cheaper products elsewhere but their products are made by the uk's leading designer makers not by some factory!!! This is the whole concept!!!!!!!!!
    • 018726: I find them to always be friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never had I found any reason to complain! I always deal with Melissa or Mildrid who always seem to remember me and my partner and who are awlays spot on when I need advise for buying that special gift.
