They sent me a bill off £400 for ground rent for 2 and a half year, I then try to pay online, they tell to wait for account to be verified I wait and for letter to come through post nothing for six month till they send me a bill of £708 all charges to my account because I didn't pay. I ask for charges to be wavered because I did try to pay online they told me NO I have to pay £708 in full in ten days this company is a rip off and should be stopped all this money for 2 and a half years ground rent

Impossible to deal with

Impossible to get through to them over the phone. Never respond to any queries.One of the worst companies to deal with. Agree with the ground rent comment,I tick the on-line box every year and they ignore it every year.

horrible company.not sure who gave them the contact to manage our gound rent .Keeps sending nasty letters necessarily.I hope they change it soon.

- Turner: What a dreadful company. I keep getting final demands for money I dont even owe them. My solicitor has written to them but still they continue. Got to report them to the OFT now for harrassment. Who is managing that company?????

Ground rent Payment

I am trying to pay a ground rent invoice to them; they give no help over the phone despite saying if you want to pay ground rent press "1"; then say there is no-one there to help -try website; then no place -that I could find- to set-up payment or pay it. I will have to send a cheque. I agre with some of the negative comments made above.

for about eight years i have ticked the box to pay my property ground rent by direct debit and every year they ignore me. the payment methods are still in the stone ages. awful company

They are a terrible company to deal with, very rude, very unhelpful and they always want money for everything you ask. worse company I've ever dealt with.

Simarc should not be trusted to do anything other than ruthlessley pursue their self-interest. Unlike other companies, they do not seem to realise that ultimately this is self-defeating.
