am a highly qualified, mobile personal trainer, with more than 22 years of experience within the health and fitness industry. am able to operate either in the comfort of your own home, your work place, outdoors or several gyms in Cardiff and Bristol.

To help your budget, or to get a training buddy, I also offer group sessions at a price of just ... per person. Training with others can be fun, as well as improving your fitness and achieving your goals. If you are interested in my services, then a meeting will be arranged with you for your free consultation, and I will then go through your medical history and what you want out of your training (all of which is done before signing a disclaimer).
