Serck Services designs and builds a wide range of heat exchangers and through in-house design and modern manufacturing techniques, provides innovative, cost effective heat exchange solutions for many industries. Services include maintenance and refurbishment as well as new build projects, integrity analysis, engineering drawings and a high quality product from inception to delivery.

Serck Services has an experienced design engineering team who design all of the heat exchange solutions it produces. Keeping these services in-house means that the entire manufacturing process is monitored to ensure that the final product is produced according to the original drawings and client specifications. Serck Services supplies and installs all types of fin coil air conditioning units, including refurbishment and replacement of large scale installations. Serck Services designs and manufactures finned tube air coolers up to 50 feet tube length in carbon steel, stainless steel and super duplex. Serck Services offers a range of plate heat exchangers for all applications and industries and can supply gasketed, welded and brazed units in a range of plate materials including stainless steel and titanium. Serck Services carries out inspection, cleaning and overhaul of all types of heat exchangers both on-site and in any of its branches nationwide. Services include: vibro-sonic and ultra-sonic cleaning tanks; repair and re-tubing of all forms of heat exchangers; and threre is a dedicated team of site engineers who carry out on-site strip down, cleaning and installation work in the UK and overseas. The team of experienced welders is fully coded to the latest current standards and all operators hold CCNSG safety passports. Some Serck Services operators have OPITO certificates enabling them to operate on offshore oilrigs and the team also has experience working on nuclear power stations.
