Sarah Pluves is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Bowen Therapists European Register plus the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council. Holistic therapies are drug free, safe and suitable for almost anyone, whatever their age. Focusing on the whole person and not just the symptoms, holistic therapies aim to bring balance to the whole body. For example, if someone suffer from headaches, the therapist would look for the root cause to identify if it is stress-related, hormone-related or perhaps due to neck strain, and then offer an appropriate treatment plan. A holistic treatment is a truly relaxing experience, but can also be invigorating as required. Sarah is trained to a high standard, having passed the ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology recognised by the Association of Reflexologists. Sarah also has a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and Diploma in Indian Head Massage from The Kevala Centre. She is initiated to Reiki II and is a certified NLP Practitioner.
