SAMMIE'S HIP POP DANCE

Sammie’s Hip POP Dance Classes run in Sittingbourne, Rainham and Sheerness they are for all abilities and are a great way to exercise.

If you are looking for a little bit more than an exercise class, then give Sammie’s Hip POP dance a try, we learn MTV inspired dance routines to funky chart hits, taking moves from every kind of dance genre.

BOOGIE TOTS is a new class for parents and toddlers, bring your tot along and learn to dance basic steps together.

This fun and enjoyable class will give your little ones and early insight into dance, parents and guardians accompanying their tots will need to join in, sing along and encourage your child. Boogie Tots is all about having fun and interacting positively with your child.

In the 45 minute session we will play warm up games, learn co-ordination, rhythm and funky moves to the latest songs whilst boosting confidence, practise movement to nursery rhymes and dance to some good old traditional party dances. Toddlers are natural imitators so by watching me and you they will be able to learn the moves, I myself have a 4 and a nearly 2 year old and therefore can make sure the class is suitable for the age range. This is not a strict dance class and is suitable for both boys and girls.

Parents will be expected to join in and assist their toddler with the moves, suitable for walking to 5s.
