Russells is a vibrant firm of Estate Agents, Residential Letting Agents and Chartered Surveyors with roots that can be traced back to 1871.
We are a family firm with Robert and Teresa Russell responsible for the day to day running of the business, with Tanya Pearson being directly responsible for the Cambridge and Sawston Lettings Offices. We have many members of staff who have been with us for a significant number of years.

Detailed description:

Our core principles are honesty, integrity and professionalism together with a desire to provide a high level of approachable customer service. The ultimate aim is to exceed the expectations you might have of the average letting agent.

The Cambridge office is situated in a prime location in Regent Street close to the centre of the historic City. With the main Lettings Reception based at this office we are market leaders in quality rented accommodation both large and small. We do not deal with bedsit or student accommodation. We advertise extensively in the local press and also in the Cambridge property publication Homes Now. In addition all properties are offered from our northern Fenland offices and the prestigious South Cambs office in Sawston. We are also able to offer independent mortgage advice locally and as Chartered Surveyors are able to carry out formal valuations for matters such as probate and divorce.

    I have been renting with Russell's for over seven years, they have always been prompt with repairs and dealing with any queries, I have personally found them to be an friendly approachable company, my mother and brother also rent with them and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and colleagues.

    I have rented through Russells for the past year and left last month due to moving through my works, I have found them to be very helpful and quick to respond when I had a maintenance problem, the contactor was out the same day, the comments about the fees that are charged I have found surprising as any fee I had taken from my deposit was no more than was clearly stated in my contract. I no problems renting throughy Russells again.
