Toilets & Baby Change Male and female public toilets are located on the ground floor near TK Maxx by the Pier Hill entrance. Separate baby changing rooms and areas for feeding are provided within this location. The Car park all offerd designated parking space for mothers with small children. Disabled Access The Royals is fully wheelchair accessible and all entrances/exits to the centre have automatic doors. The Car Park is well positioned and provides designated bays for people with mobility problems. Lifts are also available near the Pier Hill and Church Road entrances. Disabled toilets are located on level 1 near TK Maxx by the Pier Hill entrance. Guide Dogs are welcome. The Royals operates a strict no smoking policy in all areas of the centre.
