Absolutely useless. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to report post as "missing". I've also comlained a number of times that I've been receiving post for my neighbours - postie too lazy to read the address. I now have a card, telling me there is an item waiting for me at the Medway Valley Sorting Office! The item number is incorrect, and after a wasted trip, I've been told: "we don't have it, we'll get a manager to call you". Surprise surprise, he (or she) hasn't. I've lodged yet another pointless complaint with Royal Mail, only to be told; "an investigation will be launched, it could take up to 72 hours"......"these things happen"....."human error". In over six years of having post delivered from the Sandling Road sorting office, not once did I have to report a lost item, first class arrived nine out of ten times, the next day. When I had a missed delivery card, the item was waiting for me at the sorting office (which was usefully open to 7pm), not the part-timers at Snodland who shut up shop at one.
