At River Island we try really hard to bring new and original fashion to you, with design at the heart of absolutely everything we do. Almost everything is designed in-house and with one of the largest design teams on the High Street this means we can have fabulous new fashion arriving in-store and online every single week.

    I was in your shop with my grandaughter and she loved your clothes and jewellery.The shop is set out very nice,the only thing that spoils it is the presence of your bully of a manageress talking to other staff in a nasty manner.I myself have worked with customers and this lady has no idea, her whole manner and presence is deplorable. I suggest you sned someone in under cover to find out for yourselves what your staff have to put up with and I as a customer took an instant dislike to a person who should be greeting people with at least a smile
